  • Yes. We serve clients across all 50 states. Everything we do is fully remote, secure, and cloud-based.

  • Everything is handled online through our secure client portal and QuickBooks Online. You can upload documents, review reports, and reach us anytime by email, phone or virtual calls.

  • We update your books on a monthly basis by default, with the option for more frequent updates if your business has higher activity.

  • We offer fixed monthly rates based on transaction volume, system complexity, and reporting needs. Plans start at $495 per month and scale with your business.

  • We don’t file returns directly, but we prepare complete year-end financials and work closely with your tax preparer or our partner CPA firm for a smooth filing process.

  • We help you set up and manage payroll through Gusto, including integrations, reconciliations, and account mapping. Gusto handles filings while we ensure everything stays accurate in your books.

  • No problem. We handle catch-up and cleanup work during onboarding so your records are accurate and current from the start. We can also offer this as a one-time special project with a fixed quote.
